Otik’s Spiced Potatoes (Dragonlance)

[Insert lot’s of semi-cool anecdotal stuff about how I loved reading Dragonlance and other D&D novels growing up and how I always wondered what Otik’s Spiced Potatoes tasted like, then I found a recipe and adapted it]

Ingredients:

1 lb. Potatoes (I prefer Yukon golds, yellows, or reds)
1/2 a medium onion, diced
3 Tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp butter
chili flakes (to taste – I used crushed Thai chili flakes)
2 stalks green onion
Parsley flakes and paprika to garnish
